I grew up in the small town of Conway, SC. As a kid I emersed myself in the underground music and art culture, with interests in tattoos and motocross… and a little skateboarding to go along with it all. Raised on a lot of confidence, determination and pride I found that I could accomplish anything. With the influence a of good friend, Scott Smallin, I picked up my first camera at age 16. Holding strong to a passion for motorcycles and alternative sports and discovering a passion for photojournalism I set out to chase down my dream job. Now married to a beautiful wife and hit head on with adulthood it was time to start my career.
I now work in Myrtle Beach, SC doing editorial work for Grand Strand Magazine. I also do freelance work for the areas daily paper, The Sun News and Surge, a weekly alternative paper geared toward a younger crowd. I am available for hire and ready to work with fresh ideas and a creative look on life and photos. I try to bring lifestyle and personality into everyone of my shoot.
I started this blog to show recent work I have done and to give small photo tips that I have learned along my way as a photographer.

Hey, one last thing: could you set up your blog on Feedburner or something similar so updates come across to an RSS reader?
You turned me into a fan in less than 5 minutes.
Keep up the creative, BA!
